  • How do I get started with Traffio?
    It's easy! You can complete this book a demo form, or call us on 1300 022 999. We can come to you at your office, or meet online to demonstrate how well Traffio works, and how it can help you be more efficient and effective in your business!
  • Will Traffio work with my accounting software
    In short Yes. You can head across to our Integrations page to see what software we integrate with. If you do not see it on the list, you are welcome to have a discussion during your demo, or raise a feature request.
  • Is my data secure?
    We have gone to great lengths when building Traffio to make the platform secure and robust. In December 2024 Traffio became Soc 2 Type 1 Verified. SOC 2 is a global auditing standard that focuses on the controls a company has in place to ensure security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. It demonstrates Traffio’s unwavering commitment to maintaining a secure environment for your data. We are constantly upgrading and improving our security and stability to ensure the platform's long term integrity. To ensure your date is not only secure but also not lost in the case of a crash files, data and web servers are replicated across multiple data centres. Your data redundancy is a cornerstone of the product. If you connect to the web, you can access your data.
  • What devices does Traffio work on?
    Traffio's web app can be used across all modern PCs and Apple computers. Traffio will run in the web browser of all but for optimum performance we recommend Google Chrome. Traffio's mobile app can can be used on tablets and smartphones, including Apple, Windows and Android products.
  • How much does Traffio cost?
    Traffio is priced per vehicle on the road starting with a free tier for up to 7 vehicles. You can check out our rates on our Pricing page.
  • What training do you provide?
    We will provide staff training as required or as a part of onboarding to Traffio. But Traffio is made with the flow of booking and operations in mind so the process is user friendly for all IT levels.
  • What happens when a job is cancelled.
    The staff required for the job are automatically notified via SMS and Email.
  • Can we manage vehicle and staff industions?
    Traffio offers induction mechanisms for vehicles as well as traffic controllers, which means less down time by sending the wrong person.
  • What types of reporting can I get? Business Specific?
    Live minute-by-minute reporting of real time data, daily vehicle utilisation, predictive reporting of future resource requirements and expiring skills and inductions, plus much, much, more. If you require a specific report that is not in the listed reports in Traffio, our development team will customise reporting to your needs.
  • My log in to Traffio is not working
    Traffio does not manage your log in, this sits with your employer similar to your password. If you are having trouble accessing Traffio, you will need to contact your employer. If you think there is an issue with traffio, you can check our status on the status page.
  • How do I change my Password
    Your passwords are managed by your employer. If you need to reset your password it is best to reach out to your employer.
